Global Launch — Chrome Hearts × Mikimoto

For the global launch of Chrome Hearts × Mikimoto, I led the creative direction and development of a hero display system—designing custom ebony and marble props that translated the collaboration’s shared values of craftsmanship, materiality, and permanence across global flagships.
The launch debuted a ten-piece jewelry collection in New York and Ginza, followed by installations in Aoyama, London, and Hong Kong, supported by a private dinner and global campaign. A bespoke bust developed for the collection became an iconic form, adopted by the brand as an ongoing “dress form” and integrated into new store openings and flagship environments worldwide. The necklace display—derived from an architectural cut-off shape—was also absorbed into the brand’s permanent prop language and reused across windows and future launches.
Campaign elements extended beyond retail, including a custom-printed backdrop produced on an accelerated timeline for submersion in water as part of the global imagery. For the private dinner, I ensured all display elements—including a bespoke Chrome Hearts candle design—were fully vetted and purpose-built, establishing the floral palette, atmosphere, and visual tone of the event.
