For the 10-year anniversary of the Chrome Hearts Cheongdam flagship, I led the visual merchandising and spatial styling for a commemorative installation honoring the store’s cultural significance. Following the installation, I remerchandised and trained teams across additional locations in Gangnam and Busan.
